Modix 120x 3D printer

The Modix 120x is the newest addition at Full Circle 3D, allowing prints up to 120 x 120 x 120 cm; making it ideal for large scale printing. The concept behind this 3D printer is that is consists high quality elements that are built in the self assembled printer. It contains an automatic bed leveling, a printed chamber and dual extruders; making it possible to have your design printed in two colors. It is one of the best large scale printers within its price range and creates high quality prints on a bigger scale.

This printer is applied for designs larger than 30 x 30 x 30 cm and up to 120 x 120 x 120 cm. Materials such as PLA, Nylon, PTEG, HIPS can be used according to your preferences and requirements to create a large scale 3D print.

FDM printing

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a method of additive manufacturing; it creates layers of the chosen material and fuses it together in order to create the required pattern and object. The material is melted just above its glass transition temperature which makes it possible to extrude it into a pattern above the previous layer of extrusion. Eventually these connected layers form the object.
